70’s BLACK DRESS/TUNIC WITH SILVER

When I first saw this,
I had to do a double take because it seems so
modern. It is a jersey poly dress by Sammie
Wong Imports. The silver beading has the coolest
shape to it. The beading is fab around the collar
and cuff. It would look awesome as a dress with
leggings or not or even as a tunic with white
jeans. It is definitely a jaw-dropper. It is in
excellent vintage condition. It is marked a vintage
size 8 but I think fit like a small eight or six.
Whether it is a party or a date---it is a home run…
