Ordering and Terms

To order an item:

  • Once you have selected an item you desire to purchase please read this page in its entirety.

  • Please click on  the "order" link at the bottom of the items information page.

  • Complete the attached order form.

  • We will email you back within 72 hours confirming the availability of this item and payment instructions. Availability is on a first come basis. Many times different buyers request to purchase the same item on the same day.  Also it may take our webmaster a few days to mark an item sold. By confirming availability, we eliminate refunding payments.

Payment:

  • Our preferred payment method is Paypal.

  • We will accept personal checks or money orders but we will hold the purchase until the check clears. Out-of-state checks can take more than 10 business days to clear.

Refunds:

  • We do our best to describe the condition of the item.  Remember when you are buying vintage there is not such a thing as perfect. 

  • All items are sold in an as is condition.  Measurements are listed on all items- please allow room for your body. How we measure and determine the condition of an item is in the FAQ section. You can get to the FAQ  link from our homepage. 

  • We allow returns on all items over $150.00. However, we do charge a 25% restocking fee and cannot refund shipping.

  • In order to return and items, you must notify us with 48hrs of receiving the item. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery times. 

  • The item must be returned in the same unworn condition it was sent in. The item must be received within three business of your email requesting a return. We highly recommend you next day the item.

  • Wisconsin residents must add sales tax.
